F.A.N. System: Ages
7-14
In todays fast-paced world, kids are just as busy
as adults. Our F.A.N. System program
provides 7-14 year olds with a safe place to
go after school where they can exercise, work on
homework, and socialize under the supervision of
certified and experienced coaches at Summit. Not
only will this class set students up for a lifetime of
healthy habits and success, but they will also have a
great time in our exciting environment. Parents will
appreciate the convenience and take comfort in knowing
their child is bettering themselves in a safe
environment.
The F.A.N. System is a well-balanced
program that includes study and homework help in
our enrichment center, led by a certified teacher;
our Fun Fitness, Speed &
Skills program; and free time that can be
spent on nutrition programs, or taking a healthy snack
break at our Snack Shack with friends.

7-11
Research has shown that kids athletic
development and overall fitness is dependent on the
motor skills they learn through the ages of 7-11. These skills are
vital in improving speed, agility, confidence, and
overall fitness.
Fun Fitness, Speed & Skills is the perfect
combination of teaching technique, coordination,
strength development, and self esteem that a child needs
to build upon their present foundation.
Our
program is made up of 60 minute sessions that focus on
building a strong base of skills and proper technique
that takes place in a fun, exciting
atmosphere.

they also introduced to teamwork.

Development: Ages 12-14
Level 2 of our program aims at the
development of the skills and techniques of our Fun
Fitness, Speed & Skills program. This is the ideal
age for building upon the foundation of strength, speed
and power.
Our 90 minute program uses proven methods
to enhance athletic performance, fitness and physique
goals. This
is the perfect program to learn proper strength training
technique and advanced skill work.

Bootcamp: Ages 12-14 &

Our Bootcamp program is the perfect way to
get in shape fast. This can be the perfect routine
for last minute off-season training for athletes or a
perfect program to get in shape for the beach, prom or
just look good in general for non-athletes.

minute session will include cardio and body weight
strength training to get you feeling and looking in
shape fast.

Athletes are only half
as good as they can be without proper nutrition.
This is a plan designed by a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist that implements healthy eating
for any of your sports nutrition goals, including
healthy weight gain, healthy weight loss, post workout
nutrition, and proper fluid
replacement.
